Is there a way to make video quit starting and stopping on my computer without adding memory?
I use Windows XP and have 624 MB memory. I know that isn’t a lot. I just mean like videos on news sites.
Video buffering has to do with the speed of your Internet connection not how much memory your computer has. Call your ISP to upgrade your speed or just give the video time to load by pressing the pause button, waiting a minute or two, then playing it.
